Comments: Easy to use (diluted in phosphate buffer; dilution factor can be increased if increasing incubation time ), sharp staining and contrast, extremely stable compared to other long-red nuclear counterstains we have tried in the lab for immunohistology (no need of special anti-fade mounting medium).
