Comments:  Glioblastoma spheroids of ~1mm in diameter are incubated with DRAQ7 for 16-20hrs before imaging.
DRAQ7 is visualized in far red and stains dead nuclei, without discriminating cell death patterns. Easily combined with blue and green probes.
**Photobleaches after 6hrs**.
