Comments: DRAQ-5 is really easy to use for visualization of nuclei during immunofluorescence analysis. For simple samples (cells in monolayers) it is great. However, for samples with many layers it does not penetrate all layers equally. For that reason, such “difficult” samples are not reproductive in 100%.
