Comments: DRAQ5 was a very useful and easy to use tool for nuclear staining. In my immunofluorescence experiments I need to stain the nuclear fraction of the cells to have appropriate controls and DRAQ5 gave me this opportunity. Moreover, since the detection is at 633 nm laser range, I can use it instead of DAPI and use 405 nm channel for the detection of other dyes, such as Alexa Fluor 405
