Comments: I am very satisfied with the product and I often recommend it to other researchers, especially due to its excitation/emission spectrum. In fact, it is very suitable for those who work with autofluorescent scaffolds/biomaterials. It is easy to use, it is a vital dye and marks the cell nucleus well, although sometimes it provides a slightly dirty staining.
