Delivery and Returns
We dispatch our products daily across the world by courier: Fedex, DHL or UPS. If an order is received before noon and all details are correct, it is dispatched on the same day, with delivery taking between 24-48hrs (depending on location, customs delays and other external factors from time to time).
The estimated date and time window for delivery of the goods is set out in the Confirmation Email we send to you after the order is dispatched. If something happens which: (a) is outside of our control; and (b) affects the estimated date of delivery; we will let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the goods.
When problems occur, as they sometimes do, we actively work to resolve them quickly to your satisfaction.
All our products are shipped at ambient temperature. We recommend that upon receipt they are stored at the recommended temperature stated on the specific product label and/or technical data sheet.
