Placing an Order

Placing an order is simple and can be done in a number of ways:

Please note, all BioStatus products are intended for Research Use Only by suitably qualified researchers. All orders are screened to ensure that our products are only supplied to legitimate organisations.

Online

Please use the shopping cart and checkout on this website. All the product and pricing information on this website is up to date.

Email/Fax

Please email your order to enquiry@biostatus.com or fax to +44 1509 651 061. Please note that we will require the following information with any order:-

* Product and quantity
* Contact name
* Contact email
* Contact telephone number
* Organisation name
* VAT number if EU and registered for VAT
* A signed VAT exemption certificate if applicable
* Billing address Shipping address
* Payment type - how you would like to pay

When we receive an order we will check that all details are correct and either contact you directly with queries or simply confirm the order by email.

If you are a Screening customer and would like to place a bulk order, please contact us for the latest bulk pricing and offers.

Payment

You can pay securely online by credit card, paypal or using a purchase order number to generate an invoice (payment terms 30 days net).

We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that all of the information you give us when paying for goods is secure by using an encrypted and secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us. Your credit card or debit card will only be charged when you confirm your order. All payments by credit card or debit card need to be authorised by the relevant card issuer. From time to time we may also use extra security steps via Verified by Visa, Mastercard®SecureCodeTM or equivalent services.
