Nicola has 18+ years marketing and sales experience in global biotechnology companies and is currently supporting innovative commercial stategies with QIAGEN and Insight Creation Ltd.

As an experienced consultant and coach, Nicola focuses on commercial business strategy and leadership development in the life science / biotech industry and other complex environments. Uniquely her focus is on execution combined with a "customer-first" philosophy, ensuring accurate business insight is implemented.

Nicola served first as a consultant to BioStatus and then as an independent Non-Executive Director from 2013 to 2015. Nicola's input has been invaluable in developing BioStatus's business strategy and customer-centric marketing and sales plans.

Nicola remains a consulting member of the execution team for the company's growth strategy through to 2019.
