DRAQ7TM - Flow Cytometry Features
- Far-red emitting membrane-impermeant DNA dye for DEAD cell exclusion
- Compatible with FITC / PE stained samples - rapid labelling of fixed or membrane-compromised (apoptotic) nucleated cells
- Excited by blue or red laser lines
- No compensation needed with common FITC(or GFP) + PE combinations
- 5 colour analysis on Beckman Coulter FC500 and BD Biosciences FACSCantoII
- No detectable effect on forward (FSC) and side scatter (SSC)
- Compatible with live cell dyes for high infomation level sample interrogation
