CyTRAK Orange™ uses in flow cytometry
A new live cell gate for nucleated cells in:
- difficult samples, unlysed blood and bone marrow
- de-adhered stem cells
- rare event (carcinoma cell) detection in whole blood
CyTRAK Orange™ can be excited with the standard blue (argon-ion) laser.
It is NOT excited by UV or red (HeNe) laser lines making it compatible with APC and APC conjugates.
