CyTRAK Orange used as nuclear counterstain for confocal microscopy: Adherent cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with antibodies and CyTRAK Orange. The nuclear counterstain is proved to be compatible with FITC in IF giving clear delineation of nuclei.
