CyTRAK Orange™ is an exciting new derivative of the widely used nuclear dye DRAQ5™. It has novel properties for drug discovery scientists working to improve current cell-based assays and on the next generation of high-content biology.

With CyTRAK Orange™ you can see nucleus, cytoplasm, cell margins and boundaries between adjacent cells using one fluorescent signal. This means more information can be generated simultaneously: 488nm excitation alone can provide eGFP, nucleus, cytoplasm and PE-Cy7, while UV and red channels remain open for further parameters.

Applications for CyTRAK Orange™ include standard GPCR and other translocation / redistribution assays, kinase assays and cell-cell interaction assays for both live cells or following a fixation step.
