CyGEL Sustain™ LIVE zebrafish embryo imaging
CyGEL Sustain™ make it possible to immobilize live zebrafish embryos (e.g. Danio rerio) for high quality crisp imaging for your publications:
- Live fish can be kept anaesthetised in CyGEL Sustain™
- Live fish can be recovered to grow on after more than an hour in CyGEL Sustain™- remarkable!
- Immobilising live embryos permits other techniques like tissue-specific micro-injections and micro-surgery (CyGEL™ is recommended for these techniques - LINK)
- Fixed embryos can be held still for high resolution imaging, needed for HCS applications - see CyGEL. (We recommend this PBS-based formulation for fixed samples).
For LIVE C. elegans and parasite imaging CyGEL™ is recommended.
