CyGEL Sustain™ DRAQ5 fluorescence in CyGEL

The graphs below show standard fluorescence emission spectra for DRAQ5™ in aqueous solution and in CyGEL™, for a range of different excitation wavelengths.

As can be seen, DRAQ5™ emission spectra in CyGEL™ reveal no spectral changes - allowing a clear visible range emission window for blue activated fluors.
