CyGEL™ Fixed zebrafish embryo imaging
CyGEL is ideal to immobilize fixed zebrafish embryos (e.g. Danio rerio) for high quality crisp imaging for your publications:
- Fixed fish can be held still for high resolution imaging, needed for HCS applications - see the image below, showing the developing vasculature growing towards the retina. This will work for any large unmanageable piece of tissue.
- For LIVE zebrafish embryo imaging work we recommend CyGEL Sustain
