CyGEL™ allows you to observe live cells in real-time experiments without worrying about their motility.
With CyGEL™ cells are suspended in a thermoreversible hydrogel. It's compatible with culture media, fluorescence and cell imaging platforms.

Cells can be viewed for long periods and, as shown in the image here, behave the same as those in suspension. These cells are expressing GFP and after overlaying with CyGEL™ continue to express it.
This also shows that CyGEL™ doesn't interfere with the ability image fluorescence signals.
