FLEXIBLE ASSAY PERFORMANCE:

DRAQ5™ can be used to stain live or fixed cells as the final step directly before imaging or combined with PFA for a one step "fix and stain" to simplify and increase the efficiency of your assay

INCREASED CONFIDENCE IN AUTOMATED IMAGE ANALYSIS:

DRAQ5™ labels BOTH the nucleus and to a lesser extent the cytoplasm to demark the cell boundaries of these compartments. This allows the automated compartment segmentation by instrument software (Acapella™) to be much more robust and reliable.
